The following limited warranties are non-transferrable and apply only to the original purchaser of the type of furniture listed in the applicable warranty. All claims must be in writing and must be made within the applicable warranty period, and NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE TERM OF APPLICABLE WARRANTY STATED BELOW.

The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C. warrants furniture manufactured for The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C. to be free from material manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials for a period of five years from the date of delivery.

For all purchased items, the manufacturer’s warranty would be applicable.

Notwithstanding anything herein, no warranty will apply to defects or damages that are the result of abuse, misuse, negligence, willful destruction, use of furniture other than as intended (including industrial use), or any other cause other than manufacturing defects as stated above. Additionally, minor variations can occur from piece to piece. Therefore, this warranty does not cover such minor differences or differences between floor samples or printed illustrations and your furniture.

After receiving written notice of a claim within the applicable warranty period, The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C. will determine, in its sole discretion, if such claim is a result of manufacturing defects, and therefore subject to this warranty. The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C. will also determine, in its sole discretion, if the warranty is applicable, whether to repair or replace the item. In the event The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C. determines that repair is not practicable, The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C. will supply a product of good or similar color, design, style and quality. Additionally, in the event of a repair or replacement, if identical materials are not available, The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C. will have the right, in its sole discretion, to use or provide substitute materials. Repair or replacement of the item, as applicable, shall constitute the fulfillment of all liabilities and/or obligations of any kind arising from the use of, or in connection with, the furniture.

The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C. will not assume any responsibility for, and this warranty does not cover any damages or defects from, the failure of any party to follow applicable law. This warranty will not apply and will be VOID for all purposes if a product has been tampered with or altered in any manner. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ALL STATUTORY, EXPRESS, AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSES, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE EXTENT NOT COVERED BY THE EXPRESS WARRANTY HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE FURNITURE, ITS PARTS, AND THE OPERATION, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE FURNITURE AND ITS PARTS. LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DIRECT AND INDIRECT LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

If the furniture has any defects or damage at the time of purchase, such defects or damage must be immediately reported to The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C., or this warranty shall be void.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, at law, in equity, or otherwise. No warranties of any kind will be extended to persons who purchased a product from any source other than The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C., and no warranties of any kind will apply to any product leased or rented.

No representative of The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C. is authorized to make any changes or modifications to this warranty and the provisions hereof.
