The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C. warrants the finish, structure and integrated LED components on The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C.  indoor lighting fixtures to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the time period noted on the table below, from date of purchase by the original consumer.

Finish – 1 year
Structure – 1 year
Integrated LED components – 3 years

This warranty applies only to The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C. indoor lighting fixtures purchased and installed in the United States. The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C. will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage. The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C. is not responsible for removal or installation costs.

For warranty service, written notice must be sent to The Four Pillars Company, L.L.C. at the below. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, finish, the date the product was purchased. Also include your initial Purchase Order Number.
